This Software Engineer role is perfect for someone who’s passionate about writing clean, scalable, and reusable code. You'll collaborate with product owners, influence software architecture, and play a hands-on role in building both new features and enhancing existing ones.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Develop high-quality, clean, and reusable code using best practices.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to unit testing efforts.
  • Collaborate with product owners to understand requirements and deliver full-cycle solutions.
  • Design simple and customizable software to meet diverse customer needs.
  • Work on both new product features and improvements to the current suite.
  • Integrate AI capabilities into development processes and workflows where applicable.

Key Technical Skills:

Java, Object-Oriented Programming, JavaScript, UI Frameworks (Angular, React, Vue), Algorithms, Data Structures, Design Patterns, System Performance, Web Development, IDEs, Debugging Tools, Git/Source Control, Unix Tools

Requirements:

Must-Have:

  • At least 2 years of experience in Java or any object-oriented programming language.
  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript and passion for modern web development.
  • Experience using any of the leading UI frameworks (Angular, React, Vue).
  • Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
  • Hands-on knowledge of debugging, build tools, and system administration basics.
  • An interest in how AI can enhance software and business processes.

Preferred:

  • Exposure to integrating AI into product features or workflows.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Comfortable using tools for profiling, testing, and managing performance at scale.
